The Sta. Lucia Group of Companies announced that it is making an aggressive move northward with the development of the Green Meadows Subdivision in Paniqui, Tarlac.
Exequiel Robles, president of Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (SLLI), said a strong feature of the development is its proximity to Baguio City and the views of Mt. Arayat and the ranges of Northern Luzon.
He added that the project is also close to the Hacienda Luisita Golf and Country Club as well as other leisure, business, and entertainment establishments like hotels, restaurants, banks, markets, gas stations and malls.
The project will have houses of modern design complemented by wide open spaces with lush greenery. There will be a spacious clubhouse, a covered basketball court that can be converted into a badminton court, a swimming pool, wide concrete roads, paved sidewalks and curbs, and a centralized water system.
Green Meadows had earlier announced the development and expansion of its already vast Sta. Lucia Grand Mall complex in Cainta, Rizal.
Also in the pipeline is the construction of the East Bel Air Residences on Imelda Ave., Cainta, a mid-rise condominium project a few minutes away from the Sta. Lucia Grand Mall.
